 The 3×135MW coal gangue integrated demonstration power station is the cooperation project between Henan province and Chinese Academy of Science it is the largest coal gangue power station in China The power station consumes the low quality coal of Shenhuo Group and the total investment of the
project is 1.5 billion RMB. The National Economic and Trade Committee or PRC and the National Developing and Reforming committee of P R C listed it one project (first stage )of the demonstration f for energy conservative power station meanwhile listed it as one of the 6th batch national bond projects The National Environmental Protection Bureau proved its environment protection evaluation report on December 30,2001 The examination for the preliminary designing scheme was completed on September 22,2002. The National Reform and Development Committee approved the feasibility study report In year 2004 the project was listed as the first batch enterprise technical progress and industrial upgrade national bond project by National Reform and Development Committee and State Finance Ministry and acquired 44 million RMB support
The project introduces 440t/h domestic super high pressure recycling boiler and N135 super high pressure re-heating coagulating steam machine reuses the waste by three comprehensive utilizations (utilize mine wastewater comprehensively as supplementary water and recycle cooling water of power plant burn gangue coal mud and washing coal to free gangue’s occupation of farmland ash and residue of power plant fill mine subsiding area and re-cultivating farmland) and dedicates to promoting social benefit and natural environmental protection The 3135MW coal gangue integrated demonstration power station project is to be finished in 2008 then the annual electricity output will be 3 billion KW, increased sales revenue will be 900 million RMB profit 285 million RMB The investment payback period of the investment is 6.48 years(including construction period).
